He joined his talent and vision with Kerstin Linnartz, founder of Be Better and a passionate Yogini since 1996 to create the Be Better Chakra Tea range. Kerstin studied the ancient Indian science in ashrams in the US, Europe and India and lived in India for many years.

I Am - Root Chakra - Muladhara

The first Chakra located at the base of our spine.
This soothing, oriental spice blend containing Ginger, Cinnamon and Cacao Peel, is full-bodied and earthy with a natural comforting sweetness that helps you feel secure and grounded.

Full Bloom

A nourishing and balancing tea ‘Full Bloom’ is a vibrant, green infusion with a light fruity flavour and floral top notes. Combining nourishing Raspberry Leaf and earthy Nettle, this tea uplifts and calms with Chamomile, Rose and Lemon Balm.
Raspberry leaves have a long history of use in many traditions.
Nettles or ‘Néantog’ abound in Irish folklore for nourishing and replenishing.
Super rich in bioavailable minerals such as iron and calcium and trace elements silica and magnesium, this blend has ingredients that are known to promote hormonal balance and increase fertility. It also aids in easing discomfort for PMS, iron deficient anaemia and for menopausal symptoms such as menorrhagia, as well as helping to prevent or support osteoporosis. It is also a powerful support in the third trimester of pregnancy and postnatally to nourish and support.

This nourishing infusion radiates confidence. Shatavari is thought to calm the mind and promote love. We source ours directly from small organic plantations in India.

Deeply soothing and nourishing for Breastfeeding mums and their babies to boost supply and optimise milk quality. Soothing and restorative for tummy upsets and colic.
